Administering the LLQ
In today’s fast-paced business world, it’s hard to find the time to accomplish all that we want and need.  Even though we may recognize the importance of assessments such as the LLQ, time pressures can make it seem like just another item on an over-packed priorities list.  That’s why this tool provides both flexibility and ease in administering.

Because the LLQ has 339 multiple-choice questions that measure the 27 different areas of leadership, it generally takes from three to five hours to complete.  Our clients find that this investment of time helps pinpoint their participant’s real training needs and furthermore results in effective use of future training time.

The Administrator’s Manual and the PowerPoint visuals make administration of the questionnaire an easy job for groups of any size. 

The assessment can be administered within an organization in one of two ways, or in a combination of the two:

Print-based format: groups of participants can take the print-based LLQ using the questionnaire booklets and computer-scored answer sheets.

Web-based delivery: individuals can take the Web-based LLQ at the time that works best for them, even using the book-marking capabilities to stop partway through the test and resume at a more convenient time.
