Brenda Phillips, JD

General Counsel

Brenda Phillips serves as general counsel of HealthTech, LLC and its subsidiaries HealthTech Management Services (HTMS) and HealthTech Solutions Group (HTSG). Prior to joining HealthTech, she served as an attorney at Bass, Berry & Sims, PLC in the firm's litigation and healthcare practice areas and taught legal writing at Vanderbilt University Law School. Phillips earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Memphis State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Legal Writing Institute.
