Director, Business Development
HealthTech Solutions Group is seeking an energetic and motivated sales/marketing professional to work from our Plano, TX office as Director, Business Development makes initial contact with potential clients, such as hospital business office directors, hospital CFOs, hospital board chairs, etc. by mail, e-mail, social networking, and telephone. The Director, Business Development works in conjunction with client development staff for information that will be helpful to business development efforts; schedules follow-up phone calls and on-site meetings with potential clients. The Director, Business Development is responsible for conducting the sales presentations and closing deals with potential clients. This position would require overnight travel 25% of the time.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training in inside and outside sales positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Exceptional communication/language skills are required, as are proficient personal computing skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc. Regularly uses sales and marketing databases, Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Internet Explorer, and other Windows applications.
Other Required Skills and Abilities Include: Ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of employees and customers. Ability to work irregular hours. Ability to make multiple unsolicited contacts of potential clients and maintain motivation despite frequent rejection or expression of initial disinterest. Ability to understand, speak, read and write in English. Ability to convey enthusiasm over the telephone. Ability to present a professional appearance in terms of dress and demeanor. Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work as part of a team.

Inside Sales Coordinator
HealthTech Solutions Group is seeking an energetic and motivated sales/marketing professional to work in its Plano, TX office to conduct inside sales activities. The Inside Sales Coordinator conducts outreach and business development efforts to support HealthTech’s business development objectives. The incumbent identifies and makes initial contact with potential clients, such as hospital business office directors, hospital CFOs, hospital board chairs, etc. by mail, e-mail, social networking, and telephone. The Inside Sales Coordinator also facilitates introduction of potential clients to business development staff, relaying information that will be helpful to business development efforts; schedules follow-up phone calls between potential clients and sales field representatives. While this is primarily an "in-house" position, the incumbent will also be expected to participate from time to time in marketing outreach efforts at industry trade shows, etc., requiring occasional overnight travel.

HealthTech Solutions Group is looking for a Consultant to work "as needed" with the company's hospital and medical practice clients in optimizing their Health Information practices. We are looking for a hands-on, energetic individual who will have the ability to accurately assess processes and develop skills in others to resolve issues. The consultant will travel to client sites across the U.S. to fulfill consulting engagements, and may work from HealthTech's Plano office or another agreed-upon location.
The Health Information Consultant will review hospital revenue cycle to ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are in place to capture charges, bill timely and maximize collections in a manner that encourages compliance with industry standards. The HIM Consultant will provide coding and documentation education, including ICD-10 topics based on audit results and common coding issues. This position involves heavy amounts of overnight travel.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5-10 years experience in Health Care related field, preferably in a training or consulting role. Knowledge of HIM/coding policies and procedures required. HIM/Clinical Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CCS, etc.) and ICD-10 Trainer certification from AHIMA or CCDS certification a plus. Experience with multiple hospital patient accounting systems is required. Also, candidate should have excellent analytical, customer service, leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

HealthTech seeks an experienced information technology individual to join its team as Senior Programmer, Technology Solutions. We are looking for an energetic individual who will bring leadership, vision and expertise to our newly formed HeathTech Solutions Group. This position will design, evaluate, review, implement and maintain the software and technology databases, as well as, perform data transfers to and from HealthTech Solutions Group clients (HTSG). This selected individual will provide data management support to HTSG clients and assists in development of new products to support HTSG client base. This position is based out of our Plano, TX office.
Working with Senior Management of HealthTech Solutions Group, the Senior Programmer, Technology Solutions will be responsible for software development, data models, and how they are used following procedures and input from company staff resources to meet the needs of HTSG. Develop methods for integrating different data source into the Data Warehouse to expand and standardize the data source and the availability of data company wide. Creates reports distributed via Silverlight (MS Reporting Services) from the Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence applications to support HTSG software services.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, preferred. Must have advanced training and knowledge of relational database programs (MS SQL, SSIS), programming knowledge in C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net languages and excellent organizational skills. An understanding of Microsoft’s Silverlight framework is preferred. Must have demonstrated ability to develop queries, stored procedures, web forms, application logic, functions and reports based on criteria developed by management. Must have demonstrated ability to develop reports to meet specialized one time needs of management. Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel within HealthTech, as well as with diverse individuals outside the company.

For the past 40 years, HealthTech Management Services (formerly known as Brim Healthcare) has worked with community and rural hospitals across the United States to help them improve financial, clinical and operational strength, develop professional excellence, and grow to meet the healthcare needs of their community. HTMS is seeking experienced Business Office Directors to work interim assignments on-site with HTMS-affiliated hospitals, as well as other locations, helping them meet their A/R goals. The Interim Director is a “hands-on” position, involving review of hospital revenue cycle to ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are in place to capture charges, bill timely and maximize collections in a manner that encourages compliance with industry standards. Successful candidates will hold a BS or equivalent degree in a related field; or at least five years hospital business office management experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. The position requires professional communication and interactive skills, as well as the ability to read, analyze and interpret common and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions is also required. Because HTMS hospitals vary in size, experience in hospitals of various sizes and complexities (including CAH) will be considered.
This position requires flexibility in scheduling and considerable proficiency with computer software, hospital billing systems and other business systems and equipment.
